Andrew Phillips
With 40 years of building, shaping and helming the world of Financial Technology, Andrew is a veteran in innovating smarter ways to transact. A start in check recovery in 1982 led to founding a full service processing ISO in Integrated Transaction Services, and eventually allowed him to develop some of the industry’s top processing technologies with creating Payment Resources International.
Today as the founder of Cliq, Phillips endlessly pursues pioneering technologies to move businesses forward. He is also committed to local community initiatives by having served in leadership positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County, the Orange County Alzheimer’s Association, and the Orangewood Foundation.

Cliq launches its ACH system for a more comprehensive offer to its clients.
Tips by Cliq
Cliq creates a custom technology solution for the hospitality industry, making it easier to disburse tips to employees. Cliq then expands these solutions to additional industries and functions with Load by Cliq and Cards by Cliq
International Expansion
Cliq launches the first prepaid Visa Program in Japan.
Pay by Cliq
Cliq launches its Pay by Cliq portal, giving agents and merchants better reporting and access to data.
COVID Support
Cliq advocated for clients in the Camp industry in disputes, refund credits, & risk management to mitigate COVID-19 related challenges & we supported the distribution of PPP, EIDL, and various state grant programs.
