Cliq, Inc. (“Cliq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a financial technology company that provides payment-processing and related services to businesses and financial-services partners. This Website Privacy Statement explains how Cliq collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our corporate website or submit information through the website, including through a Contact Us form.
Our corporate website is a marketing and informational website. It is not a bank website, cardholder portal, or transaction-processing site. Cliq is not a bank. Payment, prepaid-card, payroll-card, merchant, or other programs supported by Cliq may be offered by a sponsor bank, merchant, employer, program manager, or other client. The privacy notice provided for that program or relationship—not this Website Privacy Statement—governs personal information processed in connection with that program.
This Statement does not apply to websites, portals, or services operated by a sponsor bank, client, merchant, employer, program manager, or other third party, even if Cliq supports the underlying service.
02Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect through the corporate website depends on how you interact with it. We may collect:
Contact and business information, such as your name, company, job title, business email address, telephone number, and the subject of your inquiry.

Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. The corporate website is not designed to collect sensitive personal information, and Cliq does not use website information to infer sensitive characteristics.

08How to Submit a Privacy Request
You may submit a request to know, delete, or correct personal information collected through the corporate website using the following methods:

Cliq will confirm receipt and may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will use verification information only for the request. You may designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will explain if an exception applies.
If your request concerns a payment, card, payroll, merchant, employer, or other client-sponsored program, please submit the request to the sponsor bank, merchant, employer, program manager, or other organization identified in your program materials. Cliq will assist that organization when required by contract or law.
09Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of other U.S. states may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing, depending on the law that applies. You may submit a request using the methods above. If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, our response will explain how to appeal.
10Security
Cliq maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Safeguards are based on the nature of the information and Cliq’s operations and are informed by applicable legal, contractual, information-security, and PCI DSS requirements. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Retention
Cliq retains website and inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to respond to the inquiry, manage the related business relationship, maintain website security and functionality, comply with legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer required, Cliq deletes, destroys, anonymizes, or restricts it as appropriate.
12Children’s Privacy
The corporate website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Cliq does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through the corporate website. The website may link to or display content from third-party websites or services, including YouTube. Cliq does not control those third parties or their privacy practices. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy notices. A link or embedded feature does not mean that Cliq controls or endorses the third party’s privacy practices.
14Visitors Outside the United States
Cliq is based in the United States, and the corporate website is primarily intended for U.S. business audiences. Cliq does not use the corporate website to offer products directly to residents of other countries. If you access the website from outside the United States, information you submit may be processed in the United States.
